Hey, lash friend!
Are you frustrated that your lash training didn’t deliver and now you’re stuck trying to figure it out on your own?
Tired of sitting for hours watching YouTube, trying to make an extension stick to the dang lash or hand make fans… but still not quite getting it?
Feel like there has to be more than just "getting it"… because if it was just “getting it”… you would have just gotten it by now?!
If that sounds like you, keep reading!
uncommon artistry
The industry is saturated with common artists.
The way to get the clients & keep them coming back *obsessed* is by choosing to be uncommon & doing what no one else is doing.
Tell me if this resonates:
You feel like your lash training(s) did not set you up for success but you also want to advance your skills in styling and volume.
Some days you’re on fire and some days you literally can't make a fan to save your life.
Your retention could be better (maybe a whole lot better?)
You’ve spent so much money on supplies and are still wondering what you’re doing wrong.
You don't know how to troubleshoot because you were never really taught what was going on in the first place.
But imagine if your retention was freaking outstanding and fanning became easy breezy
so you could finally focus on your artistry & have fun…
What if in 6 - 12 months from today you were:
relaxing & enjoying your time outside of work. No more devastating messages about bad retention ruining your weekend or keeping you up at night.
having clients come back obsessed with your work and leaving rave reviews.
not having to take time away from paying clients for free touch ups - time is money after all.
focusing on your creativity and loving your job because isn’t that why you started in the first place?
That’s why I created uncommon artistry a high touch 1:1 training
to help you guarantee retention so you can focus on customiz(ing) sets so that you LOVE your job
Uncommon Artistry dives deep into the foundational pieces that most trainings don’t and moves you forward to advance your artistry with one of the most sought after volume skills: Russian volume.
So where did this workshop come from?
Honestly, after years of lashing I considered leaving the industry. Iffy retention and not meeting clients’ expectations made me feel so unprofessional and unsure of my skills.
Not only was I letting my clients down, I was regularly letting myself down.
But then I remembered that every career has its problems, right? I wondered if I would even be happy somewhere else.
💡 And that’s when it hit me - every job might have its problems but when you go into work you don't fail every day. In other industries there's a system to fix whatever issue you face and I wondered why the lash industry didn’t have that.
I knew there had to be answers. So I went full scientist 👩🔬. Full investigator 🕵️♀️.
The literal agreement I made with myself was: “I’m going to crack this - if I can't I'm not doing it anymore.”
It took me months of research but I did crack it. What I found changed my life and that is where the high touch 1:1 training, uncommon artistry, came from.
Here’s what’s included in uncommon artistry 1:1 trainings:
